Description

AmPURRsand is a portable, huggable muff for stressed students. Inspiration came from emotional support animals, fidget cubes, my lecturer's dog, and soft toys that mimic breathing to alleviate anxiety. The outer layer is made of soft faux fur and black fabric, making it unobtrusive to cuddle in class. Inside soft faux fur is warm and tactile, and letters hanging inside provide something solid to fiddle with. A zippered pocket on the back is perfect to store snacks.
